How to delete your data

Disconnect a Google or Meta account

In AnalyticsBend open Integrations and click “Remove” next to the connected profile. We immediately delete its access key and all numbers we fetched with it, and ask Google or Meta to end our access.

You can also remove our access from the platform itself: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select AnalyticsBend and remove it; in Google go to myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services. We delete the stored key the next time our access is refused.

Delete your whole account

Write to marketing@adsbend.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account, its workspace, clients, reports, connected accounts and cached numbers within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Invoices for paid plans are kept for as long as Bulgarian accounting law requires. Nothing else is kept after deletion.
