Partner program terms

What the program is

The AnalyticsBend partner program is provided by Ads Bend LTD („Адс Бенд“ ЕООД), UIC 208950889, registered office: 30 Yuri Gagarin St., entr. A, fl. 2, apt. 6, 1320 Bankya, Sofia Municipality, Bulgaria. Partners recommend AnalyticsBend with a personal link and earn a commission on the payments of the customers they bring in.

Places are limited: the program takes the first 100 partners. After that we may close it to new partners or reopen it at our discretion.

Who can become a partner

Any AnalyticsBend user that is a company or a self-employed person able to issue an invoice for their commissions. You join from "Partner program" in the app by accepting these terms.

Commission

15% of every payment of every customer who signed up through your link, for as long as they pay — with no time limit, as long as the program and your partnership are active.

The commission is worked out on the amount paid excluding VAT, after discounts and promo codes. For example, on a €88 a month plan the commission is €13.20 a month.

You earn commission only on customers you brought in yourself (one level). No commission is paid on customers brought in by other partners.

How a referral counts

A customer counts as yours if they sign up for a new account after opening your link. If they opened links from several partners, the last one counts.

Not counted: your own accounts, existing customers, and sign-ups where the link was replaced or hidden.

Payouts

The commission on a payment becomes "approved" 30 days after the payment (the period in which the customer can ask for a refund). If the payment is refunded, its commission is cancelled.

We pay out once a month when approved commissions reach at least €50. You send us an invoice for the amount and we pay it by bank transfer within 14 days.

You are responsible for taxes and social security on your commissions.

What is not allowed

Spam, misleading claims about AnalyticsBend or its prices, paid ads on the AnalyticsBend name, posing as AnalyticsBend staff, cookies or redirects without the visitor’s knowledge, and sign-ups of made-up accounts. If you break these rules, we may cancel the related commissions and end the partnership.

Ending and changes

You can leave the program at any time. We may end or change it with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Commissions approved up to the end are paid out, unless these terms were breached.
