Payments and refunds

Payment methods

Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or SEPA Direct Debit. Yearly plans can also be paid by bank transfer against a pro forma invoice.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. You enter card details directly with Stripe and we never see them.

Prices and VAT

Prices are in euro, excluding VAT. Ads Bend LTD is registered for VAT under Art. 97a of the Bulgarian VAT Act:

Companies in Bulgaria: no VAT is charged while the company has no VAT registration for domestic supplies.

Companies in another EU country with a valid VAT number: no VAT is charged — it is due from the customer (reverse charge, Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). We check the number in VIES.

Companies outside the EU: no VAT is charged.

AnalyticsBend is sold only to companies and self-employed people.

Invoices

We issue an electronic invoice for every payment, to the details you enter at checkout. We email it and you can download it from Settings at any time.

Renewal

Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, on the date of the first payment. 7 days before a yearly plan renews we send you a reminder by email.

Changing plans

When you move to a bigger plan, the difference for the remaining days is charged right away and the new features are on right away. When you move to a smaller plan, the change applies from the next period.

Refunds

14-day guarantee: if you are not happy, within 14 days of the first payment for a paid plan we refund the full amount — write to marketing@adsbend.com.

After that we do not refund unused days. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

If we charged you by mistake, we refund it as soon as we find out. Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within 10 working days.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry over the next 7 days and let you know. After that the workspace moves to the free plan; your data is kept and comes back as soon as you pay.
